                  Warranty Registration & Customer Installation Checklist                  


A Warranty card and K7 Customer Installation Checklist were shipped with your K7 equipment. The Warranty information must be completed and returned to Myotronics in order to activate your new warranty. We also need you to complete and submit the Customer Installation Checklist within 30 days of receiving your K7 as this is a very important part of our quality assurance program.

Help Screens:

If you are experiencing difficulty when using your K7, first try our effective help screens. Unlike many complicated help programs, when you press F1 it provides help for the particular screen you are presently using. There are over 200 help screens available to provide you with immediate help. Our experience has shown that the vast majority of operational problems can be quickly resolved by simply checking the help screens.

Experienced and knowledgeable support technicians handle questions via telephone at 800-426-0316 or 206-243-4214. Technical Support is provided free of charge for those customers who keep their software current through updates as announced. Telephone support is available during the following times:


         Monday to Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. PST Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. PST

Power Cord                 The power cord for your PC, or laptop used with your K7 Evaluation System MUST have a 3 prong grounded plug that goes in the wall outlet. Many Laptop   power cords only have 2 prongs which MAY cause noise on your EMG tracings and fail the noise test. If this is the case, you will need to replace your power adaptor for your computer with a universal one that has a 3 prong grounded plug.
