The BNS-40 is a miniaturized version of the Myomonitor designed to allow the patient to safely apply electrical stimulation while at home to relax tense muscles. It is a battery operated, ultra-low frequency electrical stimulator designed specifically for the dentalpatient. It is ideally suited when prescribed for the following purposes:
- Temporomandibular Disorders and associated pain
- Relieving symptoms associated with muscle spasm
- Relaxing orofacial muscles
- Increasing local blood circulation
- Increasing mandibular range of motion
