Each attendee needs to bring a proper trimmed diagnostic stone model of themselves for the hands-on workshop.

A laptop or tablet (with charging cable) in order to access the digital course manual, or you can choose to print the manual and documents prior to arriving and bring them with you instead. Notepads will be provided.

2. Download Course Manual and Practice Documents
Download and review your course manual and documents prior to the course date. You will need to print your manual and documents and bring them to the course with you, or have a laptop/tablet with you at the course in order to reference them. Myotronics will provide notepads for you to use during the course for note-taking.

Every attendee will receive an attendance verification form. Forms will usually be emailed within one week, but no later than 30 days post-course. If you have provided us an AGD member number your attendance will be submitted to the AGD for CE credit.
