Course tuition is per office. Auditing offices will have complete exposure to the entire hands-on experience, but won’t have access to direct coaching for their office. Dr. Haddad maintains two dental practices in Rochester and Troy, Michigan with focus on TMD, Sleep Disorders and full mouth reconstruction. He has lectured nationally on TMD, Sleep Disorders, cosmetic and implant dentistry and practice marketing.

Since space is limited in order to create the best learning experience possible, cancellations received outside the 45 days prior to the course are subject to a cancellation fee of $100 per attendee. No refunds will be given if canceled within 45 days of the event. Cancellations must be made in writing.
