What to bring:

Each doctor needs to bring a proper trimmed diagnostic stone model of themselves that Dr. Chan can use for demonstration.

A laptop or tablet (with charging cable) in order to access the digital course manual, or you can choose to print the manual and documents prior to arriving and bring them with you instead. Notepads will be provided.
2. Download Course Manual and Practice Documents
Download and review the handout entitled Before we get Started, found in the dropbox with your course manual. You will need to print your manual and handout and bring them to the course with you or have a laptop/tablet with you at the course in order to reference them. Myotronics will provide notepads for note taking.

Every attendee will receive an attendance verification form. Forms will usually be emailed within one week, but no later than 30 days post-course. If you have provided us an AGD member number your attendance will be submitted to the AGD for CE credit.
