Welcome to your attendee information portal, where you will find all the information you need to prepare for your upcoming course, along with post-course information and resources.

Please read through this page and complete items 1 and 2 prior to the course date.

Action Items - BEFORE the course
  • We kindly ask that doctors and team who have not used their K7 review the scan tutorial prior to the course.

  • ​We highly recommend you bring a proper trimmed diagnostic stone model of yourself for the hands-on workshops.

  • Please bring a laptop or tablet (with charging cable) in order to access the digital course manual, or you can choose to print the manual and documents prior to arriving and bring them with you instead. Notepads will be provided.

  • Please bring a a set of loupes if needed.

  • Please email jaclynk@myotronics.com and RSVP "yes" or "no" to Friday evening dinner by Wednesday, May 3rd (see details below).

1. Sign our Continuing Education Consent to TENSing form

Consent forms must be electronically submitted prior to the start of the course. Each form has room for 3 signatures. If you have more than 3 people attending the course please fill out multiple forms. 

2. Download Course Manual and Practice Documents

Download and review your course manual and documents prior to the course date. You will need to print your manual and documents and bring them to the course with you, or have a laptop/tablet with you at the course in order to reference them. Myotronics will provide notepads for you to use during the course for note-taking.

8:00 – 10:00     Education on patient set-up and details of recording data on all the pre-TENS                                           Scans.  How to take Scans, instructions for the patient, what we are looking at in the                                 Scans, options available for that Scan.

10:00 – 10:15   Break with tour

10:15 – 11:45   Lecture on how to record the post-TENS Scans (10, 5 & 10 light CO)

11:45 – 1:00     Group photo and Lunch

1:00 – 3:00       Hands-on with the K7 

3:00 – 3:15       Break

5:15                  Gathering for dinner

Day 2:

7:30 – 8:00       Continental Breakfast 

8:00 – 8:30       Q&A about prior day. Clinical impressions noted.

8:30 – 10:00     Hands-on recording Scan 9, 9 light CO, 11, 2, 3, 6, 13 & 15

10:00 – 10:15   Break

​10:15 – 12:00   Hands-on recording Scan 10, 5 & 10 light CO

12:00 – 1:00     Lunch

1:00 - 3:00       Lecture on the Post TENS Scans. Patient cases.

3:00 – 3:15       Break

3:15 – 4:00       Lecture continued

3:00 – 4:15       Properly integrating sleep and TMD into your Team and Practice

4:15 – 5:00       Final comments and Q&A

*Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided.  If you have any dietary restrictions, please email JaclynK@Myotronics.com with them no later than May 10th.

Our CEO, Fray Adib, would like to invite you and your team as Myotronics guests for cocktails and dinner on Friday, May 19th immediately following the course. It will be an informal gathering of everyone attending the course, the lecturer and some of the Myotronics staff.  We hope you can join us but understand if you have already made plans for your time here in Seattle. Please RSVP by Wednesday May 3rd so that we can make final arrangements with the restaurant.

5. Attendance Verification Forms and CE Credit Submission

Check your email for your course attendance certificate. 

Every attendee will receive an attendance verification form. Forms will usually be emailed within one week, but no later than 30 days post-course. If you have provided us an AGD member number your attendance will be submitted to the AGD for CE credit.
